The Best 10 Minute Pizza

Pizza has long been one of my favorite foods. Here is a QUICK recipe that you can enjoy:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  • Place small (or large) soft flour tortillas on cookie sheet sprayed with oil
  • Put on a sauce. I use leftover meatball gravy or use Contadina Pizza Squeeze and spread with a spoon over the tortilla.
  • Put on a round slice of provolone. Most small tortillas fit nicely with a round slice of provolone. The pizza on the top left below is cut fresh mozzarella, which works fine also.
  • Add toppings to your taste. This can be Italian sausage, pepperoni, ham, veggies.
  • Season with salt, pepper, oregano and basil.
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes until it looks great.

This is a quick and easy dinner, lunch, snack or appetizer. Enjoy.
