Interesting Development in Social Media Rights vs. Company Interests

I’m always following the cutting edge of social media policies and rights in today’s workplace. I’ve made sample social media policies, and find the biggest issue related to a definition of common sense. But, what about when situations go too far?

I saw an interesting development issued today in a publication from a local law firm (my wife works there). Basically, the National Labor Relations Board has charged a company with unfair labor practice by terminating an employee for Facebook activity.
