Microsoft Virtualization for VMware Professionals Jump Start

This week I was in Las Vegas for Microsoft Management Summit (MMS) 2011 in Las Vegas as part of my job duties for Veeam. I had a great time with the Veeam Teeam and got to meet a lot of people as well as get a better picture of Microsoft’s current offerings for the system management track, which is mostly the System Center line of products.

I had the opportunity to have Symon Perriman from Microsoft on the Veeam Community Podcast. Microsoft is launching a new educational resource for virtualization professionals looking to get started with Microsoft virtualization. They have created a series of training materials to show what the virtualization offering is today as a series of jumpstart sessions. This content will focus on the new System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2012 platform, which is due to be released later in 2011.  Here is the agenda:
